Stephen Archer has been running his own businesses since 1990 including 10 years as founder, owner and MD of Archer Young Marketing (AYM); and of Spring Partnerships since 2003. AYM was sold to his management via an MBO in autumn 2000.

AYM specialised in marketing services, promotions, incentives, motivational tools, conferences and communication within organisations and their channels. This business employed 40 people at December 2000 and turned over circa £7m p.a. serving such clients as Carphone Warehouse, Novartis, Gillette, Astra-Zeneca, Ericsson, Volkswagen and Amersham Pharmacia Biotech.

Stephen’s key areas of expertise are in developing strategic change for organisations. This has involved channel marketing, leadership, sales and marketing synchronisation, marketing organisational strategy and alignment, CRM, and strategic communication.

His skills include facilitation of change groups and strategic analysis at the highest level.

In addition Stephen is a public and motivational speaker.
